Community Guidelines
Jukebaxx is a community of record collectors. These guidelines apply to every listing, photo, profile and interaction. Breaking them can lead to a removed listing, a suspended account or, for serious cases, a permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
Be honest about the record
- Grade and describe records accurately; show the real copy in your photos.
- No counterfeits, or reissues presented as originals. No items you do not own.
Play fair
- No shill bidding, bid manipulation, or collusion. No bidding you do not intend to pay for.
- Do not take buyers or sellers off-platform to avoid fees or protections.
Respect people
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination or sexual content. Photos and text must be suitable for a general audience.
- Do not share other people's private information.
Legal items only
- No illegal, stolen, or infringing items (for example unauthorised bootlegs, or content that infringes copyright or trademarks).
Report, block, and what happens next
- Use Report on any listing or member profile, choosing a reason. Reports are reviewed by our moderators; we aim to act within 48 hours.
- Use Block on a member's profile or listing: you will no longer see their listings, and they cannot bid on your listings.
- Moderators may remove content, suspend or close accounts, and keep records of reports. The people involved may be notified of the outcome.
