Delete your Jukebaxx account

You can delete your Jukebaxx account (app ID com.jukebaxx.app, developer Community Youth London) at any time.

Option 1: in the app

1. Sign in to Jukebaxx (in the app or at www.jukebaxx.com).
2. Open Account → Safety & privacy.
3. Choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

If you have open auctions with bids, active bids, unfinished orders, open disputes or pending payouts, the app will list what needs to finish first. You can download a copy of your data beforehand with Export my data.

Option 2: by email

Email privacy@jukebaxx.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request, and we complete deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (you can no longer log in)
• Your profile, crate content, listings and uploaded photos
• Your wantlist and notifications
• Saved payment verification and your Stripe customer record; your Stripe connected account is closed where possible

What is kept, and for how long

• Transaction, payment and payout records are kept for 7 years from the transaction date for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal claims. Your identity is removed from these records and shipping addresses are redacted.
• Safety records (reports and moderation actions) may be kept in anonymised form to protect the community.
